                     I just went through the difficult process of buying a home for the first time, and the only thing that kept me grounded was Kathy. I looked at approximately nine homes in different areas of Dayton, Englewood, Huber Heights, and New Carlisle. Kathy was always willing to show me each home and answer  all my questions. I was always able to call her at home day or night with questions and ideas. Kathy is very detail oriented when dealing with the paperwork and what needed  to be done before, during, and after the home buying process.
